Grapes harvested in early October.
VINIFICATION
Grapes carefully selected and carried in 20kg boxes. Vinification with the least intervention possible,
The whole grape was submitted to a cold maceration for 48 hours, followed by a gentle pressing, fermented under controlled temperatures between 10oC to 15oC. 922 units were bottled on February 18th, 2021, aged for 5 months in bottle prior to launch.

MATURATION
This wine aged for 1 year in used French and Hungarian oak barrels and then 6 months in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
Best served between 10/12oC.
TASTING NOTES
Citrus colour.
Exuberant, fresh and elegant nose, where white and yellow fruit emerge, combined with a well-integrated smooth toast. Creamy palate and good depth sustained by the fine and firm acidity that lingers from the beginning to the end.
Excellent as an aperitif.
Pairs well with seafood, limpets, grilled or marinated fish.
