VINIFICATION
Grapes carefully selected and carried in 20kg boxes. Vinification with least possible intervention,
Submitting the whole grape
to a cold maceration for 48 hours, followed by a gentle pressing, fermented with controlled temperature of 10ºC to 15ºC. 1 375 units were bottled on May 23, 2019, aged for 5 months in bottle prior to launch.

MATURATION
This wine aged 1 year in used French and Hungarian oak barrels and then 6 months in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
Best served between 10º/12ºC
TASTING NOTES
Straw color.
Delicate fresh nose with fine toast nuances. Evidence of lime, pistachio, pineapple, laurel and a hint of balsamic. Pronounced character, dried elegance yet balanced.
Mineral touch and saline notes in a fresh lingering finish.
Excellent as an appetizer, seafood, grilled or marinated fish.
