(north coast). Grapes were pressed in a continuous press.
LOT
This is the second time we choose a Malvasia from 2005 for a Single Cask. This time, cask 134 stood out for being different from the previous one: more concentration, structure and complex aroma. These characteristics were influenced by the fact that the aging process began in a warmer warehouse (a) and three years later the cask was transferred to a cooler location (d). Aging in two distinct warehouses contributed to a greater balance between acidity and sweetness. In February 2017, 1199 bottles have been filled, all individually numbered.

SERVING & CELLARAGE
Serve best between 13/14oC.
It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
TASTING NOTES
Gold Colour.
Aroma of honey, raisins, figs, floral, brown sugar and crystallized orange peel.
The palate is mellow and consistent, good acidity in a silky full finish.
Excellent as a digestif.
Pairs well with dessert and cheese.
