VINEYARDS AND VINIFICATION
Grapes from various quality vineyards from São Vicente. Grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press.
LOT
In January 2012 we bottled 918 units of 500ml capacity all individually numbered. This Verdelho aged in a very old cask 119 made from French Oak, was produced exclusively with grapes from Mr. Agostinho Andrade Junior vineyard in São Vicente. The exceptional acidity in this wine almost completely disguises the concentration obtained over the last 15 years of aging by the traditional Canteiro method.

SERVING & CELLARAGE
Serve best at 11/12oC.
This wine was filtered and does not require decanting, it will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
TASTING NOTES
Gold colour.
Aromas of fresh pine, ripe citrus, green tobacco leaf, some smoke. Mineral mouth and good complexity, constant dryness and magnificent acidity, in a long and fresh finish.
Excellent as an aperitif.
Pairs well with cold meat and cheese.
