North Coast - Seixal and Ribeira da Janela. Mechanical pressing. Fermentation is stopped with the addition of vinic alcohol (96%).
LOT
In November 1981 the clear part of the wine was separated from the lees. In February 1982 the wine was transferred into
french oak casks with more than 60 years of age where it matured naturally traditional canteiro method. In October 2004 we selected 2 casks of 450 liters each and in April 2005 we filled 900, 500ml bottles and 360, 750ml bottles.

SERVING & CELLARAGE
Madeira wine should be kept vertically and in cool dry place. Serve best at 16oC or low room temperature 18oC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
TASTING NOTES
Gold with orange highlights. Notes of dried fruits, white chocolate and spiced citrus background. Elegant and well balanced acidity. Finish silky, light and fresh.
Excellent as an aperitif.
