VINEYARDS AND VINIFICATION

Grapes from various quality vineyards located in Estreito de Câmara de Lobos and São Vicente. Grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press. Arresting of fermentation takes place at the desired degree of sweetness by adding vinic alcohol (96%).

LOT

This wine achieves its unique characteristics by the estufagem process. It is then matured in oak casks for up to 3 years before blended and bottled.

SERVING & CELLARAGE

TASTING NOTES AND HARMONIES

Dark colour.
Notes of toffee, coffee, molasses, chocolate and jam.
Full soft body with a long sweet taste.
Excellent as a digestif, accompanies well fruits and dessert.
