Grapes from São Jorge in the north coast. Grapes were pressed in a continuous press.
LOT
This is the third time we choose a Malvasia from 2005 for a Single Cask. Opting for the cask 83 b+c due to the good concentration of aromas and the impact of the initial sweetness in the mouth, but that fades with the high acidity and lasts for a long time in the mouth. These characteristics of the wine were greatly influenced by the fact that the cask has a capacity of only 450 liters, inferior than that which I usually use. This wine started the aging process in the warehouse (b) and after the fourth year it was transferred to the warehouse (c). In August 2019, 632 units have been filled, all individually numbered.

Serve best at 13/14oC.
This wine was filtered and does not require decanting; it will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
TASTING NOTES
Gold with Greenish highlights. Good concentration of aromas, dried fruits, floral, caramel, green nuts and salty notes. Well-structured wine with a sweet spicy taste, balanced and fresh. Finishes medium long, honeyed with an accurate acidity.
Excellent as a digestif,
pairs well with dessert and cheese.
