LOT
In February of 2012 we bottled 1104 bottles, all individually numbered. We left the wine to age in 2 old 650 litre casks made of French oak. This time, Ricardo Diogo, chooses this wine to be bottled as a single cask because of the aromatic sensation he immediately felt when tasting it. A growing aroma, delicate and elegant, is showing the result of an aging under moderate temperatures over 14 years. This result is also felt in the mouth where there is perfect harmony between the acidity and sugar in the wine.
