GRAPE VARIETIES
Verdelho & Sercial
HARVEST
Grapes harvested at the end of September.
VINIFICATION
Grapes were carefully selected and transported in boxes of 20kg. Verdelho grapes were foot trodden with cold skin maceration for 3 days by the traditional method «Lagar». Sercial grapes were pressed in pneumatic «free run», both fermented with controlled temperature from 10Co to 15Co. 2524 units were bottled on November 13, 2018.
BLEND
96% Verdelho from Raposeira, Seixal and São Vicente.
4% Sercial from Seixal.

Residual Sugar: 3 g/l
pH: 3,28
MATURATION
30% from Verdelho aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel Tank at controlled temperature.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
Best served between 10o/12oC
TASTING NOTES AND HARMONIES
Citrus colour.
Aroma of subtropical fruits, apricot, pear, orange blossom and a subtle toast. Elegant mineral citric palate evolving to a creamy flavour of anona fruit. Nice crispy acidity in a dry lingering finish.
Excellent as an appetizer, seafood and grilled fish.
